The Integrated Maritime Policy is a cross-sectorial policy involving most ministries at the Government Offices. The policy aims for a more sustainable use of the seas or sea basins within and in the vicinity of the EU. Regional strategies like the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region form the platform for concrete collaborations, often in project form.
