Ewa Björling meets China's Minister of Commerce
On 24 April, in conjunction with the Chinese Premier's visit to Sweden, Minister for Trade Ewa Björling meets her Chinese counterpart Chen Deming.
The talks will focus on creating conditions to further strengthen bilateral relations in the area of trade and investments.
One area in which China and Sweden see significant cooperation potential lies within the framework of sustainable development, energy and environmental technologies. An agreement to strengthen collaboration in these areas will be signed.
"We will also discuss our cooperation agreement on corporate social responsibility (CSR), which rests on several different legs: human rights, the conditions of workers in the workplace, anti-corruption efforts and environmental consideration," says Dr Björling.
