Phase-out strategy for bilateral development cooperation with Central Asia 2008 - 2010 Development cooperation with Central Asia is to be phased out in accordance with the Government´s decision to focus bilateral development cooperation on certain countries. The phase-out strategy will apply to the period 2008 - 2010 and concerns mainly cooperation with Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
