A one-size-fits-all solution does not exist for the supply of global public goods. But there is a bigger picture. Global public goods are linked by common features. They are all issues considered important by the international community, and for the most part they cannot and will not be adequately addressed by individual countries and so will require international cooperation.
This is the seventh expert paper of The International Task Force on Global Public Goods.
