Today many conflicts are underway, costing millions of lives and imposing corollary health, environmental and economic costs to neighboring states and the global community. Preventing these negative effects is the global public good dimension of peace and security. It is also a necessary precondition for providing global public goods in other areas.
This is the fifth expert paper from The International Task Force on Global Public Goods.
